À la voix passive le sujet de la voix active devient complément d'agent introduit par "by"
le COD de la voix passive devient sujet à la voix passive
sans COD pas de voix passive possible.
À la voix active, le sujet fait l'action
À la voix passive le sujet subit l'action
Pour les temps, il te suffit de conjuguer "be" au même temps que le verbe à la voix active. Puis tu ajoutes le participe passé du verbe.
