→ Énoncé qui semble bien confus ... Il faut conjuguer les verbes soit au prétérit BE + V-ing , soit au prétérit simple

prétérit be + V-ing ( = was/were + V-ing ): pour les actions en cours dan s le passé

prétérit simple : actions brèves qui viennent interrompre l'action en cours dans le passé
