To build = By building a community, people will be united and succeed together.
To provide = Shows that Manchester United is a charitable club which makes efforts to give everything it can to help people reach a better situation.
To engage = They have the will to seek the most "hard-to-reach" children to prove that no matter the situation a person is in, they will always find a way out of helping them.
To develop = Manchester United wants to expand its partnerships with schools and create community hubs so they can reach out to the most people in need as possible while uniting them and giving them proper education.
