Now, I don't like storms at all... In Fact I hate storms. And then, I heard a noise... Like an explosion... And the lights broke out ... I dived in the dark... On my own... So I went under the table, with my cushion. In the end, I feel asleep! I was too scared to come out! When I woke up , my stupid brother was sitting there, taking photos with his phone... I was wearing my Pink Princess pyjamas and hugging a cushion under the table! Sooo embarrassing!

the most violent storm broke out : la tempête la plus violente a éclaté

I heard : j'ai entendu

the lights went out : les lumières se sont éteintes

I dived under the table : j'ai 'plongé' sous la table = je me suis précipité sous la table

I fell asleep : je me suis endormie

I woke up : je me suis réveillée

I was wearing : je portais ( 'vêtement' : ici son pyjama rose de princesse )
