Pirates DRANK rhum but DIDN’T DRINK water.
They WERE often sick because they DIDN’T EAT fresh food and ATE dry
biscuits. They PLAYED cards. They SLEPT in hammocks (des hamacs)
. Some pirates SANG songs and DANCED.They DIDN’T SLEEP a lot, life as
a pirate WASN’T simple.
