"bad" est un adjectif irrégulier qui devient worse
→ Joe is a worse student than Mia. (Joe est un élève plus mauvais que Mia )
2. Mia is fater than Joe.
"fat" adjectif court qui se termine par consonne/voyelle/consonne : on double la consonne finale et on ajoute "er"
→ Mia is fatter than Joe. ( Mia est plus grosse que Joe )
3. Joe isn't older that Mia.
→ Joe isn't older than Mia.
4. Joe is moderner than Mia.
"modern" adjectif long : more + adjectif
→ Joe is more modern than Mia .
5. Mia is friendlyer than Joe.
"friendly" adjectif de 2 syllabes qui se termine par "y", il se construit comme un adjectif court : on remplace "y" par "i" et on ajoute "er"
→ Mia is friendlier than Joe
6. Mia is more nice than Joe.
"nice" adjectif court : adjectif-er
→ Mia is nicer than Joe
7. Joe is a gooder football than Mia. ( oubli du "er" de footballer ?)
"good" adjectif irrégulier : better
→ Joe is a better footballer player than Mia
8. Joe's pants are shorter Mia's.
manque "the" : que
→ Joe's pants are shorter than Mia's
9. English is difficulter than French.
"difficult" adjectif long : more + adjectif
→ English is more difficult than French
10. Mia is a dancer better than Joe.
En anglais, l'adjectif se place toujours avant le nom
→ Mia is a better dancer than Joe
