1- The flowers have been destroyed by my brother

RECAP voix passive
À la voix passive, le sujet de la voix active devient complément d'agent. On ne met pas souvent "by me", "by us" etc.. encore moins "by someone" Il faut que ce complément d'agent introduit par "by"" donne une information importante et nécessaire à la compréhension.
(je les ai mis en italiques entre (....) quand je considère qu'ils ne sont pas utiles ..je peux me tromper...
on ne met jamais "by people" by someone" etc.... c'est comme si en français on mettait "par on".... n'apporte aucune précision
Le COD de la VA va devenit sujet de la VP
Pas de COD, pas de voix passive possible
À la voix active le sujet fait l'action
À la voix passive le sujet subit l'action.
concernant les verbes
regarde bien à la voix passive une partie est soulignée. Parce qu'il faut conjuguer "be" au même temps que le verbe de la voix active. Ensuite, on ajoute le participe passé du verbe
the cat eats a mouse > a mouse is eaten by the cat
the cat was eating a mouse > a mouse was being eaten by the cat
the cat has eaten a mouse > a mouse has been eaten by the cat
the cat will eat a mouse > a mouse will be eaten by the cat.
Je vais pas faire tous les temps, mais tu vois que les formes verbales de la voix active sont reprises à la VP en conjuguant be uniquement. Puis on n'oublie pas d'ajouter à chaque fois le participe passé du verbe
voix passive de l'impératif

idem au négatif
Don't let +COD VA+ be + participe passé du verbe
