Bonjour

SOMEBODY ANYBODY NOBODY SOMETHING ANYTHING

je pense que tu as oublié SOMEWHERE,NOTHING

1.- Look! There is somebody waiting for you.

2.-I can't find it but I'm sure it is somewhere in the house.

3.-You are sad because nobody came to your birthday.

4.- Would you like anything /something to eat now? **

5.-John is very lazy. He does nothing at all.Iou/ He doesn't do anything at all.

6.-The girl is not wearing something new.

7.-He often has lunch here but today he went somewhere else.

8.-Can you see  anything in this darkness?

9.-Has anybody read a novel by this famous writer?

10.-Excuse me! Can I have anything/  something for my headache. **

11.-I think  somebody is trying to open the front door.

La règle est la suivante.

On emploie some + ????  dans les phrases affirmatives

--------------- --- any   +???  dans les phrases interrogatives et négatives

Si la phrase négatives n'a pas de "not" alors on utlilsera  no+ .???

ex= I don't have anything to wear.

ou

    I have nothing to wear.

**  pour les phrases 4 et 10

Concernant  "any" dans les phrases interrogatives, on peut utiliser "some" lorsque la réponse à 99% va être positive . C'est une question de politesse

par exemple > Would you like something to eat ? implique que oui, probablement la personne a faim. Something est donc plus adapté que "anything'

idem pour = Can I have something for my headache. C'est une façon polie de demander qq chose pour le mal de tête, même si d'un point de vue purement grammatical on dirait "anything"

À voir si votre prof vous l'a enseigné....
