Ethics concerns the concepts of correct and incorrect behaviour.
Some actions may be legal but in some people's opinion not ethical.
Testing medicines or beauty products on animals is legal in many countries, but some people think it's unethical and write "cruelty-free" on make-up packaging if the product has not been tested on animals.
