As you are aware, agriculture plays an important role in our state's economy, providing livelihoods for a significant portion of our population. However, several challenges are stoping the sector's growth.
One of the first concerns is the weather patterns leading to unpredictable rainfalls. These climatic problems have changed everything on the productivity, posing a significant threat to food security and farmers.
Furthermore, outdated agricultural practices and limited access to modern farming technologies stops our farmers to improve productivity and compete in the market. The lack of storage and transportation also contributes to market inefficiencies.
To address these problems, here are potential solutions I found :
The second would be to be giving access to modern farming technologies, including improved seeds and new machines to improve the quality of the production.
And the last one would be upgrading storage facilities, establishing better transportation networks to improve and compete better in the market.
I would appreciate if you consider these solutions and offer any assistance that could benefit our farmers and the agricultural sector as a whole.
