on l'emploie quand on n'a pas encore pris de décisions, une décision incertaine

quand on prévoit qq chose qu'on prédit un évènement.

be going to + Base Verbale

futur proche, pour exprimer une action sur le point d'être faite avec plus de certitude et d'éléments concret. On est quasiment sûr que l'action va se produire

en français = nous allons faire un tour (c'est sûr à 99%)  / différent de Nous ferons un tour (incertitude)

is to = encore plus probable =que "going to"
