You have to do a whole night
You should have a full breakfast in the morning
You have to do well in school
You should do at least 1 hour of physical activity per day
You have to eat 5 fruits and vegetables a day as the food pyramid says
You have to play with these friends instead of doing the console
You have to go to bed early to have a good night :-)

during the holidays !
