Write a letter to a newspaper Editor making an appeal to review the laws in order to reduce the production of carbon dioxide.

In your letter you should:

• evaluate the ideas and opinions in both texts

• give your own ideas, based on what you have read about the effects of climate change and how the government can take actions.
