As a Performance Coach at Veloce Academy, I work closely with a team of managers, engineers and drivers in order to help them achieve their optimal performance on and off the track. I am passionate of Esports, Motorsport and i am willing to doscover the world and new people to become a better person. I currently have a Bachelor in History and a First-Year Master's degree in History of Geopolitics and International Relations from Université Bordeaux Montaigne, which gives me a unique perspective on the global and cultural aspects of Esport. I also have over four years of experience as Editor, writing articles and reports on various topics, including Esport, Motorsport, and history. I have strong skills in French, Spanish and English, and i plan everything actually to become fluent in Mandarin. That's my main goal in 2024. Professionalism is a key part on my way to work with my colleagues , which enable me to communicate effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders. My core competencies include coaching, leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, work-ethic and creativity. I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential and delivering high-quality results.
