are they? What is the weather like there? Etc.).
The Falklands War (why and how did it start? What were British leaders' actions / decisions during this
war? How did the Falklands War end? What was the national mood in Britain during the war? What were
the consequences of the war? Etc.).
The more recent tensions with Argentina (What are the tensions about? What is the position of the
Argentinian leaders mentioned in the documents? What is the position of the United Nations? Etc.).
2- Thanks to the documents and your previous answer, prepare a series of arguments to defend
the following idea: British leaders should not have done all they could in order to keep the
Falklands under British rule since the 1980s, it was not worth it.
