A district education directorate in Ghana plans to sponsor all their practicing head teachers to take the course (Introduction to Human Resources in in education ) from the department of teacher education ,university of Ghana .As a current student in the course , you have been invited by the District Director of education to submit a 4-page write up (excluding references )explaining what you learnt from the course and why you think it is important for head teachers in the district to be sponsored to enroll in the course.
