1 Choose a symbol of America and a product that
symbolises consumerism.
2 Create a poster that associates those two elements (in
any form you want: drawing, painting, photograph, collage,
etc.). Think of Chris Jordan's technique (p. 50)!
3 Write a short paragraph to explain your creation: the image
you have used, what you want people to realise or feel, etc.
Hang your creation on the wall and present it to the class!
